The Site presents information about Rock n' Roll Records, LLC, its artists, and related label projects. It may include pages such as Home, Artists, Releases, and Contact, and may link to artist sites, streaming or video platforms, and third-party stores where music or merchandise can be purchased. The Site itself does not process payments or fulfill orders unless a page clearly says otherwise.

  1. Third-party sales and platforms (ElasticStage and others)

Physical and digital releases linked from the Site (including vinyl and related products) may be offered through ElasticStage or similar partners. Artist information may link to separate artist websites. Streaming or video may link to platforms such as YouTube.

If you buy, stream, or create an account on those platforms:

  • That platform’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service apply to the transaction or account

  • - Rock n' Roll Records, LLC is not the checkout merchant for those third-party purchases unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise

  • - Product descriptions, formats, and availability are controlled by the listing on that platform

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that third-party product or release descriptions are complete.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCK N' ROLL RECORDS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Exclusive venue for disputes that may be brought in court is the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
